Rhythms Group Classes For Our Fall Group Session of 2018

Put on your best ‘stache’ this Friday in honour of “Movember”! November is the month each year where folks grow moustaches to raise awareness of men’s health issues including prostate and testicular cancers and mental health concerns. Let’s show our support and have some fun by putting on a ‘stache’ – or show off the one you have! 🙂

Remember to check out your local Movember organizations for ways to get involved and support this great cause.

Come join us for our annual Halloween Party & potluck! If you dress up you’ll be in the running for best costume prizes – OR feel free to come as you are! Our snack table will be there – as always – to energize your dancing feet. Please bring a small snack or treats to share with the gang for this awesome Halloween event!

And…if you have never danced before – no problem! Our New Westie lesson will get you on the dance floor in no time. No partner necessary, and most important – all are welcome. See you Friday!
